Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original TopCoat box.
Ship Your Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for updates on your return's journey back to us.
Receive Your Refund
After our quality control team inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
